We are thrilled to welcome Jess as our new Senior SEO Executive at Fly High Media. Her wealth of experience in SEO and digital marketing makes her an invaluable addition to our team. Welcome aboard, Jess! Here are some things to get to know Jess..

What does your role consist of? 

I am a Senior SEO Executive here at Fly High Media. My role primarily involves leading the development of effective SEO and content strategies for our clients. I will be responsible for conducting on-page, technical, content and backlink audits to boost SEO performance and perform keyword research to guide content creation. As our team expands I will help guide and train a team of SEO professionals here at Fly High. In my role it is also important that I stay up to date with the latest SEO and marketing trends which I do to develop my own SEO career. 

What are you most looking forward to in this role?

I am excited to begin my journey with Fly High Media as a Senior SEO Executive. This new role will allow me to leverage my skills and experience in crafting effective SEO strategies for a diverse range of clients. I am excited to work on some new exciting projects, drive substantial growth for our clients’ online presence, and collaborate with a dynamic and talented team.

How did you get into marketing? 

My marketing journey began in 2019 when I volunteered with Storyhouse Chester. There, I participated in marketing masterclasses and collaborated with the marketing and events team to organise and market various events. Following this, I worked as a digital marketing and events assistant before transitioning to SEO. For the past two years I have been developing my skills in SEO, and more recently I completed my MSc in Digital Marketing. 

How do you spend your spare time? 

In my downtime outside of work, I love to stay active by hitting the gym or going for walks. Quality time with friends and family is really important to me, and I always enjoy spending time with them. I’m also a big film buff so I’m always up for a cinema trip or a cosy movie night in with some snacks. 

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?

This is a tricky question as I have a long list of places I’d like to visit. one of my favourite places to revisit is Italy. Italian food is by far my favourite cuisine and the country has such beautiful architecture and scenery.  The Italian Riviera, and the Amalfi Coast are both high on my travel list as I haven’t visited those areas yet.
